1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account, accessing the Platform, or placing any Wager on the cor33 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and cor33 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings of any kind, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.

3 Eligibility

To register an Account and use the Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. cor33 does not permit access to or use of the Platform by any person under the age of 21. Age verification will be conducted as part of the KYC process, and any Account found to have been opened by a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and all balances forfeited.
2. Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons who are legally incapacitated or who are subject to a court-ordered restriction on financial transactions are not eligible to register.
4. Single Account: You may hold only one Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts, whether registered in your own name or through a nominee, are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
5. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or any other responsible gaming restriction that you have previously requested through cor33 or any other gambling operator.
6. Prohibited Jurisdictions: You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. cor33 reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend Accounts of Members found to be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

4 Account Registration

To register an Account with cor33, you must complete the registration form accurately and in full. The information you provide must be truthful, current, and complete. cor33 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify the information provided.

As part of the KYC process, you will be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are approved or before your Account reaches specified transaction thresholds:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP) or passport.
• Proof of Age: Any government-issued document clearly displaying your date of birth confirming you are 21 or older.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or photograph confirming that the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits is registered in your name.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within 90 days confirming your current residential address in Indonesia.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. cor33 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep these credentials secure. You must notify cor33 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.

Each Member may hold only one Account. cor33 employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate registrations. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, cor33 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated Accounts and to void any Wagers placed or Bonuses claimed through such Accounts.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the cor33 Platform are processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). cor33 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required is the Member's sole responsibility and cost.

Accepted Deposit Methods: cor33 currently accepts deposits via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. The maximum single deposit may vary by payment method and is displayed at the cashier at the time of transaction.

Deposit Processing: Deposits made via local Indonesian bank transfer are typically credited to your Wallet within 5 to 15 minutes of the transfer being confirmed by the originating bank. E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja are typically credited within 1 to 5 minutes. cor33 is not liable for delays caused by your bank or e-wallet provider.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the Member's most recent qualifying deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification being complete and to there being no open Bonus wagering requirements outstanding on the Account at the time of the request.

Withdrawal Processing Times: cor33 targets the following processing windows, measured from the time a withdrawal request is approved by our finance team:

• E-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): Typically within 15 to 60 minutes.
• Local bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP): Typically same day; during peak periods or national bank holidays, up to 24 hours.

cor33 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds, that are requested to a payment method differing from the deposit method, or that are flagged by our anti-money laundering systems. During such review, the withdrawal may be placed on hold for up to 5 business days.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

cor33 offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing Members, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time the Bonus is claimed, and those specific terms are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

The following general conditions apply to all Bonuses unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise:

1. Wagering Requirements: All Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The wagering requirement applicable to a specific Bonus is stated on the promotion page. Until the wagering requirement is met, Bonus funds and any winnings derived from Bonus funds may not be withdrawn.
2. Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to the fulfilment of wagering requirements. The contribution rate for each game category is published on the promotion terms page. Wagers placed on certain games — including but not limited to some live casino table games — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
3. Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed within the specified validity period will expire automatically. Unclaimed or expired Bonuses cannot be reinstated. Any Bonus funds remaining in a Member's Account after the expiry date of the associated wagering requirement will be forfeited without compensation.
4. One Bonus per Household: Only one Welcome Bonus is permitted per household, IP address, device, or payment method. Attempts to claim multiple Welcome Bonuses through different accounts will result in all associated accounts being flagged for investigation.
5. cor33 Discretion: cor33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any Bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring Bonuses already validly claimed by Members prior to the modification.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All Wagers placed through the cor33 Sportsbook, Live Casino, Slots, Mahjong, and Esports Betting verticals are subject to the product-specific rules published within each respective section of the Platform. Those product rules are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any product-specific rules, the product-specific rules shall prevail in respect of the relevant product only.

The following general betting principles apply across all Services:

• All Wagers are final once confirmed. cor33 does not accept cancellation or amendment requests after a Wager has been placed, except where an obvious pricing error (palpable error) has occurred, in which case cor33 reserves the right to void the affected Wager and refund the stake.
• cor33 reserves the right to set individual Wager limits, daily limits, and event-level maximum payout limits. Applicable limits are displayed at the time of bet placement. Wagers that exceed the stated maximum payout will be settled at the published maximum, not at the calculated return.
• In the event that a sporting event, match, or draw is postponed, abandoned, cancelled, or otherwise not completed as scheduled, settlement rules specific to the relevant product and market type will apply. Members should consult the relevant product rules before placing a Wager on time-sensitive events.
• cor33 uses certified random number generators (RNG) for all slots and non-live casino products. Live dealer games are operated by third-party studio providers — including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live — whose own regulatory certifications and game rules apply in addition to cor33's Terms.
• Winnings will be credited to your Wallet promptly following settlement. Settled Wagers are displayed in your Account transaction history in real time.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cor33 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to law enforcement or relevant authorities.

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or the financing of prohibited activities.
• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether directly or through nominees, agents, or third parties.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence system to place Wagers, exploit promotions, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting identified software errors, platform vulnerabilities, or pricing anomalies to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are subject to forfeiture.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies that cor33 determines, at its sole discretion, to be abusive or designed to circumvent the Platform's risk management controls.
• Sharing Account credentials with any third party, allowing any third party to operate your Account, or receiving instruction from any third party with respect to Wager placement.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or insider information exploitation in connection with sports or esports Wagers.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of the Platform or any game supplied through the Platform.
• Posting, transmitting, or distributing any content through the Platform's communication features that is defamatory, threatening, obscene, or otherwise offensive.

9 Intellectual Property

All Intellectual Property on the cor33 Platform — including but not limited to the cor33 brand name, logo, website design, software, game content, text, graphics, and database compilations — is owned by or licensed to cor33 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any ownership right, licence, or interest in any cor33 Intellectual Property.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works of any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of cor33.

10 Privacy & Data

cor33 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

cor33 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Personal data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification service providers, and fraud prevention partners solely to the extent necessary to provide the Services and to comply with applicable legal obligations.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cor33 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if cor33 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any Service, whether caused by technical failure, maintenance, force majeure, regulatory action, or any other reason beyond cor33's reasonable control.
• Any errors or inaccuracies in third-party game content, live odds feeds, or sporting result data that are outside cor33's direct control.
• Any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

cor33's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the Platform in the 12 months preceding the date on which the claim arises.

12 Suspension & Termination

cor33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe, inactivity, or regulatory compliance obligations. Where an Account is suspended or closed for reasons other than breach, any genuine cash balance (excluding Bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting the cor33 support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any outstanding Wagers at the time of closure will be settled normally, and the resulting balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to KYC completion.

Accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months are classified as inactive. cor33 will notify the registered email address 30 days before applying a monthly inactivity fee. The inactivity fee schedule is published on the Platform and may be updated from time to time.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cor33 holds its international operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through cor33's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia to the extent that such rights cannot be excluded or limited by contract.

14 Amendments

cor33 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, cor33 will provide at least 14 days' prior notice by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, sending an email to the registered address of all active Members. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept an amendment to these Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the change. Closing your Account under these circumstances will not result in forfeiture of any genuine cash balance held in your Wallet at the time of closure.
